With over 15 years of experience in Sales, I've built and scaled dozens of highly productive teams. Joining SolarWinds in 2010, I helped scale the organization overseeing the Western US, Global Channel, and Latin America, ultimately through its take-private at a $4.5 billion valuation.

At MongoDB (pre-IPO), I grew within the organization ultimately holding the position of SVP Global Sales. Notable achievements include helping to build and scale the Atlas (SaaS) go-to-market playbook on a global scale as well as the the Product-Led Sales org as the business scaled to near $1B in revenue.

Most recently serving as the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Starburst since 2021, I’ve helped to launch, build and scale the company’s foundation as a SaaS organization. Beyond work, I'm a devoted father of three and happily married for 15 years to my college sweetheart out of Texas A&M Kingsville.

Known for my South Texan roots, I have a strong affinity for quality breakfast tacos and firmly believe that BBQ should only be enjoyed within the borders of Texas. When not shaping the future of sales strategies, I enjoy golf with friends and spending time with my family.
